Peer Ears is a residence-based program for MIT students. It’s a confidential service that hopes to provide guidance on how to navigate life at MIT. Our goal is to place a strong emphasis on addressing the anxiety, stress, and other pressures on mental health found in day-to-day campus life. Peer Ears students are trained by clinicians from MIT Mental & Counseling to provide support to their peers within their residences and direct them to appropriate services at MIT, if necessary.
Medlinks are student liaisons for MIT Medical. They advise their fellow residents about health issues and can even dispense single doses of certain over the counter medicines. If you are not sure if you should seek a professional opinion about a problem or just need a bandaid, stop by the room of one of our friendly Medlinks. They love visitors! Find McCormick Medlinks
